What we use today

Meta Pixel (Facebook/Instagram)

We use the Meta Pixel on every page of our website. It records page views and conversion events — for example, when you submit a form — and reports them to Meta. We use this to measure the effectiveness of our Facebook and Instagram advertising and to build audiences for retargeting, which means you may see our ads again after visiting our site. Meta may use this data in accordance with Meta's Privacy Policy. You can manage how Meta uses your data for advertising in your Meta ad preferences.

Google Ads

We use the Google tag (gtag.js) on every page of our website. It records page views and reports them to Google Ads, and it places cookies that let Google recognise a visit that started from one of our ads. We use this to measure the effectiveness of our Google advertising and to build audiences for retargeting, which means you may see our ads again after visiting our site. Google may use this data in accordance with Google's Privacy Policy. You can manage how Google uses your data for advertising in your Google ad settings.

PostHog (product analytics and session replay)

We use PostHog on every page to understand how visitors use the site. It records page views, clicks, and other on-page interactions, and it also captures session replays — a reconstruction of your visit that lets us watch back how a page was navigated. Replays are built from page content and interaction events; text you type into form fields is masked and is not captured. We use this to find confusing pages and fix them. Form processing

Our contact, booking, and resource-download forms are processed by Formspree, which receives the details you enter and forwards them to us by email. See Formspree's Privacy Policy.

What we may use

We may add any of the following as our marketing grows. We will update this policy, and the effective date above, when we do:

• Additional web analytics — such as Google Analytics or Google Tag Manager. These measure traffic, page views, clicks, and other behavioral events so we can understand how visitors use the site, alongside PostHog. You can opt out of Google Analytics using Google's opt-out browser add-on.
• Conversion tracking on the forms above — reporting to Google Ads which of our forms you submitted, so we can tell which ads lead to enquiries.
• Other advertising pixels — such as LinkedIn or TikTok. These function similarly to the Meta Pixel described above.

Text messaging (SMS)

Our forms offer two optional SMS consent checkboxes: one for transactional messages (such as replies to your inquiry, appointment confirmations, and reminders) and one for marketing and promotional messages. Neither is required to submit a form, and providing a phone number alone does not enroll you in text messaging. Message frequency may vary and message & data rates may apply. You can reply HELP for help or STOP at any time to opt out of further messages.

4. AI-Assisted Communications

FlexLever may use artificial intelligence tools to assist in drafting, sending, or responding to communications — including emails, text messages, and phone calls. If you receive a communication from us, it may have been generated or assisted by AI. We remain responsible for all communications sent on our behalf regardless of the tools used to produce them.

5. How We Share Your Information

We do not sell your personal information. SMS opt-in consent and phone numbers collected for SMS purposes will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. We may share your information with:

• Service providers — third-party tools and platforms that help us operate our business (e.g., email providers, form processors, CRM software, analytics platforms). These providers are contractually obligated to protect your data and use it only as directed by us.
• Advertising platforms — as described in Section 2, conversion and audience data may be shared with Google and Meta to measure and optimize our advertising.
• Legal compliance — if required by law, subpoena, or other legal process, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of FlexLever or others.
